Privacy policy
The short version
Nothing you type in Typewriter Journal leaves your phone unless you share it yourself. The app has no account, no server, no analytics and no third-party code.
What the app stores
Your pages are saved on your phone, in the app’s own storage. Your settings (line spacing, margins, the carriage, the machine colour and the paper) are saved there too. They are included in your phone’s backups if you have backups turned on, and they are deleted when you delete the app.
What the app sends
Nothing. The app makes no network connections. If you share a page, it goes only where you send it, through the share sheet.
Purchases
Apple handles the purchase. The app never sees your payment details, and Apple doesn’t tell the app who you are.
Children
The app collects nothing from anyone, children included.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
